You have the strategy. Now it’s time to make it work. The Implementation Package is where I roll up my sleeves and actually set everything up for you.

What’s Included

Tool Setup & Configuration I don’t just tell you which tools to use — I set them up. This includes account creation, configuration, and customization to match your specific workflows.

Workflow Integration AI tools are only useful if they connect to what you’re already using. I’ll integrate new tools with your existing software (CRM, email, project management, etc.) so data flows automatically.

Team Training The best tools in the world are useless if your team won’t use them. I run 2-3 training sessions (all recorded) that focus on practical, day-to-day usage — not theory.

Documentation Every tool and workflow gets documented with screenshots and step-by-step instructions. When someone asks “how do I do this again?”, the answer is in the docs.

30 Days of Support After everything is live, I stick around for a full month. Questions, troubleshooting, adjustments — I’m an email away.

Pricing

  • $1,500–2,500 — 1-2 tools, simple integrations, small team
  • $2,500–4,000 — 3-4 tools, moderate integrations, team of 5-15
  • $4,000–5,000 — 5+ tools, complex integrations, team of 15-50

Exact pricing is determined after the Strategy Session, when we know exactly what needs to be built.

Timeline

Most implementations take 2-4 weeks from kickoff to fully operational. Complex setups with multiple integrations may take up to 6 weeks.
